1. Phase 1: Draft text of the manuals defined in the technical specification:

- Manual on technical and organizational measures for ensuring confidentiality, protection and security of personal data processing in the Agency for Electronic Communications

- Manual on performing video surveillance activities in the Agency for Electronic Communications

- Manual on the content of the analyzes and the purpose for establishing video surveillance and determining the content of the report from the performed periodic evaluation of the achieved results from the video surveillance system

- Manual on the processes for personal data protection impact assessment in the Agency for Electronic Communications

- Manual for transfer of personal data to / from the Agency for Electronic Communications

- Manual on determining personal data with high risk, their processing and reporting on their processing and records in the Agency for Electronic Communications

- Manual on the activities for reporting personal data protection breaches in the Agency for Electronic Communications

2. Phase 2: Presentation of the proposed manuals before the Commission, the management and the employees of the Agency for Electronic Communications and the Control and Measurement Centers in Skopje, Bitola and Stip.
